Project Control
Arthur Garcia joined Project
Control in 2005 as a Project Manager bringing more than 10
years of project management experience in the fields of
commercial construction and software development. During his
tenure, Arthur has assisted on and managed numerous projects
including the SBC Arena, Air Force Federal Credit Union
Operations Center and Main Branch, and Valero Energy
Corporation’s Corporate Expansion Phase II.
Prior to
joining Project Control, Arthur worked in commercial
construction management for Henry C. Beck Contractors and Lyda
Constructors. During his career in general contracting, he
contributed to projects including USAA Bank Services Building
I and II, Plaza Del Norte Shopping Center, Alamo Quarry Market
and the Westin La Cantera Resort.
Upon earning a Bachelor of Science
in Computer Science from the University of Texas at San
Antonio in 2002, Arthur joined Northrup Grumman Information
Technology as a software developer. He provided software
engineering support for multiple military software
applications.
