Project opportunities in the Houston area grew in the previous decade and the need for a permanent Houston office became evident, so in 2008 Project Control formed Project Control Houston, LLC (PC Houston).

Our objective remains to relieve owners of the demanding management responsibilities and technical overview associated with major construction projects. PC Houston’s business is and always has been independent project management – we will unequivocally represent an owner’s best interest on all issues.

PC Houston has completed projects throughout the Houston area, include several years of continuous work on the campus of Rice University. The firm has also worked with the Asia Society in Texas and the Houston Food Bank.

PC Houston will continue to grow its presence in Houston, assisting Owners in completion of complex construction projects on time and within budget.
